With a background in cinematography & multimedia, Rian brings precision, pacing, and emotional clarity to every cut, ensuring content doesn’t just look good, but feels right. His work focuses making sure each project connects with it's audience on a deeper level.
Anna, is a film and marketing professional with a diverse background in directing, editing, writing, and social media management. Her experience both behind and in front of the camera gives her a unique creative advantage. Blending audience insight with visual storytelling and narrative structure. Anna leads creative & marketing direction at R&A, shaping each project’s tone, message, and look with a focus on clarity, cohesion, and emotional resonance.
Together, they founded R&A Media Productions, a boutique studio focused on delivering high-production-value content without inflated agency costs. From creators and educators to startups and small brands, R&A helps clients show up with clarity, confidence, and content built to last.

R&A Media Productions was founded as a lean, focused creative studio, but the work we deliver has never been limited to just the two of us. Behind us we have a carefully selected extended team of professional editors, content writers, and producers who share our commitment to quality, consistency, and craft.
Our extended network is not a pool of random freelancers. Every collaborator we work with has been vetted, tested, and integrated into our production system. They understand our standards, our communication style, and what it means to deliver work that actually reflects the R&A name. When you work with us, you get the strategic oversight and creative direction of our core team backed by the capacity of a full production operation.
Our content writers bring editorial depth to branded content, scripts, and long-form projects. Our additional editors are trained in our workflow and quality standards so every deliverable feels cohesive regardless of volume. R&A is currently developing a nationwide network of vetted videographers for future on-location production contracts. As brands and creators increasingly need boots-on-the-ground production support across multiple markets, we are positioning ourselves to meet that demand.
