We specialize in helping growing creators, educators, and small brands who are ready to scale their content. Most of our clients have audiences between 10K–500K and are looking to expand their uploads, refresh their visuals, or outsource post-production to focus on creating.
-
We handle full-service post-production and related creative work, including video editing, motion graphics, sound design, branding, and social media content management. Through our multi-state network, we also contract out writing, cinematography, and more when clients need full-scale support.

All listed prices are “starting at” rates.
We use flat-rate pricing instead of hourly billing. Each project or retainer is quoted based on scope, complexity, and goals. After your free consult call, we’ll provide a custom quote outlining your monthly rate or per-project flat fee. -
The consult call is a strategy session where we discuss your content goals, workflow, deliverables, and creative direction. It’s also where we outline your custom quote and help you choose the best plan. Whether that’s a one-time project or a long-term retainer.
-
Yes. Every project begins with a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our production calendar.
One-time projects and pilot months: require a 50% deposit upfront before work begins.
Multi-month retainers: require a 20% deposit to reserve your slot for ongoing collaboration.
All retainers and project agreements include a simple contract that outlines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms so expectations stay clear and professional from day one.
-
Turnaround times vary depending on your package and project scope.
Short-form edits (Reels, Shorts, TikToks): typically delivered within 48 hours.
Long-form videos (YouTube, educational, branded content): usually completed within 2–5 business days, depending on your retainer tier and project complexity.
Branding kits and animation packages: generally take 1–3 weeks, based on the number of assets and animation detail.
We’ll always confirm an estimated delivery timeline during your project kickoff or strategy call to keep everything clear and on schedule.
-
Each project or retainer includes a set number of revision rounds to ensure your content feels right. If you ever need more, each package has a flat rate for additional revision rounds, listed in the details of that specific package.
Our revision process is designed to stay flexible and transparent, so you always know what’s included before we start.
-
A project covers one-off work (like a single video, logo animation, or brand kit).
A retainer gives you a locked-in monthly slot for consistent editing, branded content, or social media management. Ideal for creators uploading regularly or brands running ongoing campaigns. -
Use our contact page or click “BOOK A CALL” button to schedule a free consult. Once we’ve discussed your goals and quote, we’ll send a proposal and contract via email. After the deposit is received, we start the onboarding process immediately.
-
Each package includes a flat-rate rush delivery option, with pricing listed in the details for that specific plan. Rush projects are prioritized in our workflow so you can stay consistent and capitalize on key moments without compromising quality.
-
We’re based in Sacramento, California, and we’re always open to negotiating local videography and on-site production when it makes sense for the project. For clients outside our area, we collaborate with a trusted network of contractors across multiple states and can either connect you directly or represent you when coordinating third-party crews.
-
One-time projects and pilot months require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work, with the balance due before final delivery.
Multi-month retainers require only a 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve your slot, and the full monthly rate is billed at the start of each month going forward.
This structure protects both sides. Your slot is guaranteed, and we maintain consistent production without interruptions.
-
You’re free to cancel at any time, but there are a few things to know:
Single-month retainers or pilot months: The 50% deposit is non-refundable and covers the time and resources reserved for your project.
Multi-month retainers: The 20% deposit you paid at signup also serves as a cancellation fee if you decide to end your retainer early.
Current billing cycle: Any month that has already been billed will continue through completion, and all future months will be canceled immediately with no additional fees.
This structure keeps things fair and transparent for both sides while protecting the time and creative resources dedicated to your project.
