  • Turnaround times vary depending on your package and project scope.

    • Short-form edits (Reels, Shorts, TikToks): typically delivered within 48 hours.

    • Long-form videos (YouTube, educational, branded content): usually completed within 2–5 business days, depending on your retainer tier and project complexity.

    • Branding kits and animation packages: generally take 1–3 weeks, based on the number of assets and animation detail.

    We’ll always confirm an estimated delivery timeline during your project kickoff or strategy call to keep everything clear and on schedule.

  • Each project or retainer includes a set number of revision rounds to ensure your content feels right. If you ever need more, each package has a flat rate for additional revision rounds, listed in the details of that specific package.

  • Each package includes a flat-rate rush delivery option, with pricing listed in the details for that specific plan. Rush projects are prioritized in our workflow so you can stay consistent and capitalize on key moments without compromising quality.

  • We’re based in Sacramento, California, and we’re always open to negotiating local videography and on-site production when it makes sense for the project. For clients outside our area, we collaborate with a trusted network of contractors across multiple states and can either connect you directly or represent you when coordinating third-party crews.

    • Current billing cycle: Any month that has already been billed will continue through completion, and all future months will be canceled immediately with no additional fees.
